The property’s posted quiet hours were repeatedly violated by a neighboring guest, causing significant disruption late at night. To avoid any conflict, I chose not to confront the guest directly and instead reported the issue to management. “It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air……

“PROS: parking was fairly easy, considering its only street parking. the shared kitchen was also convenient if you need. entrance to the place was smooth and easy to get to. CONS: the room and bathroom looks clean, but closely it was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. there were stains on the floor — a substance that seems to have been there for a while, hair left on the pillow and bedsheets. in the bathroom, there were unknown orange streaks on the floor and a booger. — overall,……

“Old house that needs better maintenance. I liked the room I was in but there was no remote for the TV (which mainly had Asian language channels). No wifi available in the rooms. Stared bathrooms are gross & need better cleaning. Kitchen also needs a deep clean. The regulars slam doors all the time. One guy was screaming at the housekeeper early in the morning.”
