DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be ripped off. Bed sheets had unknown brown substance on it with hair stuck to it and the staff refused to change my sheets and only ended up giving me a single sheet that was still wet and only after I contacted Expedia. On top of this, there is no cable except for one channel, the fridge was leaking, the microwave was dirty with dead bugs inside, there was no hot water at all, the heater and wifi were very weak and the other furniture was stained. what a disgrace charging 80 + for this kind of room. you guys should be ashamed of yourself. if you have any self respect dont stay here.

illegal parking situation inside property boundary forces you to park on the street in a very bad part of los angeles. over night clerk is very rude. will NEVER stay here or recommend this to my worst enemy.

The whole place is barely maintained. I stayed there a few weeks ago also and while there had an unplanned late check out. I was on international phone calls because I had just found out my father had died. The management was extremely rude about the whole thing. Last night, for convenience, I stayed again and the rudeness was beyond belief. I will never stay at that dump again and hope nobody else does either. I have a service dog, and the owner didn't want him there.This would have been a deal breaker because he was informed through my online booking. Nevermind, without thinking put me in a 2nd floor, no elevator at all, room. I'm disabled and while arguing about my dog didn't ask what my service dog does which cardiac alert. Dangerous area of LA. There were homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk DIRECTLY NEXT TO HOTEL ENTRANCE. There was also a homeless person with their grocery cart checking in front of us. Also, the hotel wanted $20 cash deposit to make sure we will leave in the morning on time. OMG, I didn't realize places like this exist in the US, and that they advertise on Expedia too. They are giving away free food to the homeless next to the entrance. Garbage all over the street where the hotel is.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience Don’t you ever think about going to this place This place was awful. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets looked old, and the bathroom was disgusting. The air conditioner barely worked and was so loud it kept me up all night. The whole place feels run-down and unsafe. Nothing looked like the pictures online. I couldn’t wait to leave and will never come back. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
