There were bugs in the bathroom and in the refrigerator. There was graffiti all throughout the room, the desk had a drawer that would open on its own. The shower water was not hot or warm at 7 in the morning even after running it for 10-15min.

Unfortunately we had to walk out. It was so terrible but the lady in the front was so nice and understood. Walls, doors, showers etc were very dirty, markers on the walls, hole in the walls and a roach. Never stepped in a hotel like that before, wasn’t a room anyone should’ve ever stay in. Got another room but the other one wasn’t the best either. We were just so disgusted we had to walk out and ask for a refund. Thankfully we did! Don’t put people in a room when it looks that bad.
