Parking was right outside rooms and shops at not to far you can drive and get there under 10 minutes staff was friendly area was quiete Rooms were ok a little outdated but good enough for sleeping

It was in a good area close to almost everything my only complaint is the owners were kinda my key card deactivated and I went to get it fixed the owner was very snappy and when I Checked in she was acting like I didn’t pay when I had prepaid a week before my trip, they can be alil more friendly to people I don’t know if I will stay there again. And the parking is horrible 1 night I had to park on the street

This was the worst experience! My friend and I got there earlier than check in time and thought it would be possible to leave our luggage there. First the receptionist said no and then said we could do it but to an extra charge. While the receptionist was saying that another guest lady came screaming at the receptionist saying she was going to call the police and put him in jail because he was forcing to get into her room while she was naked about to take a shower. And kept on shouting. My friend and I immediately left the place, booked another hotel. The Uber driver told us that this was not the best area with lots of street prostitution. I also got immediately in contact with Expedia and its customer service was very professional and helpful and we got our money back.

Friendly staff, room just looked dated compared to pictures online. Weird smell, and room had gang tags all over even in the bathroom. Little bit of mold in the bathroom and it was a hole in the wall from the door. You truly get what you pay for. Also , WiFi did not work, no fire alarm.

This hotel is amazing in every way. We arrived late so they allowed us to check out late. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite for such a low price. The staff the food the atmosphere everything about this hotel deserves 5 stars. There was nothing about it that I could complain about. As for the area around the hotel. It's Manila and anywhere in Manila is going to have homeless people beggers prostitutes and dirty streets but once you arrive at the hotel you pull into the property and see none of this bc it's private and secluded and beautiful and safe with security and a wonderful staff that goes out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We will make this our go to hotel anytime we stay in Manila
