「Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.」

Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Great location for a nice walk down to the French Quarter. Rooms aren’t very clean, the carpets in the room are filthy along with everything else . Bring your own cleaning products if you want to give it a good wipe down before settling in . This place is on the verge of being ran down . The breakfast that’s included is a chemical warfare and shouldn’t probably be consumed at all to humans. Comes in plastic bags and served on plastic」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
