“ My room was not cleaned properly. As soon as I arrived and went to use the bathroom, I found dried urine on the toilet seat. I didn’t report it to the front desk — I just went out, bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned the room myself. This is unacceptable for any hotel. I will not be staying here again. If you choose to stay, be prepared to clean the room on your own. The housekeeping staff appears to be doing the bare minimum and collecting a paycheck for work that is not being done. ”

“No Lift to this room which is not in the court yard as per the pictures if you have cases good luck getting up there we left our bags in the car. the aircon was so noisy you could not have it on. the position was not bad. would i stay again absolutely not ”
