“Everything in the hotel can be defined as "classy" . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were immaculately kept. The food was great. And of course you have to take a ride on the "carousel". ”

“This has been the hotel of choice for 3 years in a row. However, on the most recent visit, the hotel seems to have took a turn for the worse. I will start with the lobby- the “leather” on the chairs was peeling & the sofas need a good shampooing. The TV’s in the sitting area were not working (sound, but no picture). The elevators were slow due to children playing on them. The door to our room was difficult to open. A roach was crawling on the TV stand. The check-in staff was very friendly. The……
