Luxury Newly Remodeled House w/ lrg deck and fenced yard

On a private, quiet street this newly remodeled luxury home remodeled with all the modern conveniences, Bluetooth speakers, stainless steel appliances, etc. Huge covered deck with great view of the trees and nature in a large fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and located within a 5 minute drive of local restaurants , shopping, amusement parks, horse racing and public parks . Perfectly located!

The neighborhood is quiet, the house Is on a hill and the neighbors are friendly. There are 6 cameras located on the outside of the home , 1 on each corner of the house, 1 facing the front door, and 1 facing the backyard. You will have access to viewing those cameras while staying in the home.

Great backyard and patio
Stayed for a ball tournament. Had great space for lounging and a good dining room. The main floor was perfect.

Wrong use of description
Let me start by saying the host was amazing & answered promptly every time a question was asked. The only thing I wish would have been communicated before the day we checked in was they do not want you wearing shoes inside, by the time they told us we were already on our way to the house without any slippers packed. The house fit our needs, however we had two people end up not coming so there was 6 adults and one infant and there would not have been enough plates, cups, silverware or seats in one room for us all when the listing states up to 10 people. This house is not “luxury” but it is in OK condition. The back yard could be great but the railing on the porch was broken, the stair railings in the front and back were wobbly, and there were cigarette butts on the deck. The kitchen was lacking utensils and the dishwasher wasn’t properly secured to the cabinets. It could be a great space if the description was correct in what was described.

The property is spacious and has some unique characteristics. Neighborhood is friendly and close to routes into city. Shopping and some restaurant options are close by. Host is easy to communicate with.

Convenient Location for Louisville & Fort Knox
The property is clean and has many spaces to spread out. Good for teens and adults alike. The stairs are the only drawback for this property - for less mobile adults this property would be a challenge.
