HOUSE CHARACTERISTICS:
ROOMS: The villa has 3 en-suite rooms in the main house, each with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. The annex offers an additional 1 en-suite room, also equipped with a double bed and air conditioning.
ROOM: The spacious dining and living room has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. It is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, heat pump heating, air conditioning and television, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all guests.
KITCHEN: The independent kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals, offering all the modern conveniences necessary for a convenient and pleasant stay.
BATHROOMS: Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a service bathroom for greater convenience.
EXTERIOR: The well-maintained garden, with outdoor furniture, and the enclosed plot provide security and privacy. The spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing, and the barbecue allows for pleasant outdoor meals. The private swimming pool offers moments of leisure and relaxation.
PARKING: Outdoor parking is available in the same building.

- Only 3 minutes from the "Vale do Lobo" golf course.
- 900 metres from the sandy beach "Praia do Cavalo Preto" and 1 km from "Praia do Forte Novo".
