“Gorgeous property, very clean with all amenities provided. Derek is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. It's the perfect cabin for a group of friends or a family. The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!”

“We loved the house and the grounds felt like we were away from it all. 108 is very busy and you can hear the cars zooming up and down the mountain. A bit too loud and fast for us. Overall, the place worked well.”

“The chalet was just the right size for our family of 4. It had tons of charm but all the modern conveniences. Quieter than staying at the resort and so convenient to skiing. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again.”

“Wonderful ski trip to see eclipse with family and friends. The house was perfect. Nice big table for all to gather for a meal and games. Kitchen was very well stocked, though I would recommend to bring a large pot. The non-stick fry pans were in perfect condition for eggs. TV worked well to catch the NCAA Championship games. I was able to access my accounts with the Roku. Great common spaces for lounging. Drive slow on the dirt roads are rugged. Community roads are nice for a walk, hiking boots……

“We had a great weekend here. We enjoyed the spacious apartment and loved the coffee and treats left behind. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great location. We definitely needed to have an AWD vehicle at the time due to snow melt and muddy roads! Great stay…thank you!”

“I enjoyed my stay and found the apartment spacious and almost perfectly met our needs. The only complaints was the toaster was too small for bagels and more importantly there were not enough comforters for all the bedrooms. Would definitely plan on staying here again!”
