“Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather……

“This is a very spacious unit with a great balcony and comfortable furnishings (good mattresses, etc.). The building is older and showing some wear but inside the unit is quite nice. We found the view of the marina to be enjoyable as boats came and went. The parking was super convenient, a big deal in Key West. Very nice kitchen. We had some minor issues with the wifi dropping connections at one point but the owners were very responsive and the problem was addressed. Overall I felt the……

“Extremely nice condominium! The beach is just out side the gate, pool and hot tub nice as well.All the nabers are also nice and helpful. Inside we had so much room and found, games and many thing to use at the beach. Absolutely loved this stay and will book again next year!”

Note- the refrigerator takes a really long time to get cold, don’t fill it up on the first day. It was fine for the remainder of the trip however and the management was responsive.”

The furniture felt outdated and the home could benefit from some remodeling and upgrades. The rooms also could use additional beds to better accommodate guests.
