「The hotel was under construction but the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was very clean and the balcony view was excellent.」

「Room was large and clean. Could use some updating though and the unit for heat and a/c was a bit noisy. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the Hyatt to the hot spots in Key west is fantastic. It's also just a short walk from the Key West express ferry port. Kelsey at the front desk was wonderful. The weather was not warm during our visit so couldn't take advantage of the pool but it looked inviting. If I ever return to Key West I would definitely book this hotel again. 」
