“Small, outdated rooms. Very noisy we couldn’t sleep the whole night ! The stuff was nice though especially Tim who helped me very much with the check in process. The price is way too high for this kind of hotel and will not come back”

The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. “Clean room and kind reception staff, but unfortunately the beach conditions were bad. Views were good. But it smelled bad. I don’t recommend you go there in July. A coffee maker in our room was broken. I tried to tell it to a cleaning staff in an elevator, but she said she was not in charge of the room.”
