“The location is great if you’re looking to bar hop in Old Town however, location is the only real positive. Everything outside of the main house is run down. The pool deck and stairs are full of uneven boards, our room had an ant infestation, crumbs/dirt/food left on the table, the sheets were dirty, the shower was full of mold, the walls were stained and smeared with mystery substances, my gosh even the blow dryer was too disgusting to use…. The property managers were easy to contact but……

“I enjoyed my stay at this property. Its a smaller 2 story place with that Old Florida look and vibe. It's not luxury but my Queen Suite lodging was perfect for me. Two good-sized rooms with daily maid service. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was rather simple- good if you just needed a quick bite to start the day. Best of all was it was right outside my door, lol. Above the table were staff picks for good eating spots. And I want to give a gold star to the desk mgr (wish I could recall……

“Great place to stay, convenient location, easy to get around the area, very nice/clean pool. The ONLY thing I can say as constructive feedback is that there is t any sort of welcoming book/information to say 'heres where ice is, grocery store down the street, etc'. The contact person was super helpful getting us into the room (door lock takes a min to get used to). Our room didn't have a kitchen feature, would choose that room if we stayed there again. Overall really good experience!”

“Location was great. House was clean and well kept. Our room was right off the kitchen and sometimes noisy. Also there were some loose tiles in the bedroom and bath. Disappointed there wasn't a facility for laundry. Loved that the common areas were cleaned daily! ”

“The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one.”
