“we booked two rooms, the room in the first floor is worse, the room in the second floor is better.”

“Staff was very helpful with all our needs. I would only recommend that the hot tub had hot water. It was cold and the jets were weak. Otherwise it was a perfect spot for us. We will be back.”

“We enjoyed a beach view and the pool was nice. They have attendants who will bring you food and drinks by the pool or beach. We had small issues (dead batteries in the remote and housekeeping missed our room one day) which were resolved very quickly. I would stay at The Reach again.”

“Before we arrived, we called to verify our reservations. Morgan at the reception office was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small, but it was fine for the two of us. We were barely there anyway. The room was clean and every member of the staff was so nice. The breakfast was adequate and the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. For being only a half block away from Duval Street, we never heard any noise or activity. It was a quaint little spot that worked for us.”
