“I love how friendly this hotel is. I highly recommend the second floor with the double beds because they are the most comfortable and can have a awesome view of the canal in the back. The rooms are always super clean and have different access of cooling.”

“Very friendly, accommodating staff. Convenient location right off Duvall St. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Beautiful courtyards and pools. Amazing landscaping and outdoor lighting. Breakfast is waffles, toast, eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc in the courtyard. Very good waffles! We will return for another stay.”

“Cute place. The clothing optional pool is much quieter suring the day than elsewhere and can be a nicer place to start off than somrwhere busier like Island House if you're shy about getting naked.”

“We had a wonderful pre Christmas stay in the treehouse condo. Anything we needed we called and Gail and Mark were on it. Many spots outside yo congregate. Lovely place to stay.”

“Being right on Duval Street if city noise bothers you you might want to stay a block or two off Duval. But if you want all the action then this place is fantastic. Staff is great and the room was nicely appointed and very comfortable.”

“Rick was great at communicating but the amount of beds advertised was incorrect. There were not 3 double bunk beds, and the office room with the futon did not have working AC or plumbing. Thankfully we were able to fit everyone and the house was great otherwise. ”
