"I usually don’t do negative comments on Expedia, but this has to be my very first time being furious at a hotel. Not even worth one star, and would give zero point if possible ABSOLUTELY! Please reconsider if you want to go on an enjoyable holiday in Bel because it doesn’t really worth sacrificing the money to quality you will receive. And for sure it will ruin your holiday and your fantasy to this beautiful city - by convenient location, because the area is dirty, haunted, and insecured. In case you want to know why I hate this hotel - No hot water, curtain not closed, broken windows, and the floor is dirty, drainage sucks. Oh, and there were nights when there were false alarm. Everyone was out and there wasn’t even a staff to come even after the fireman arrived and shut down for us."

"Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."
