「I have stayed there for business the last 4 years and not one time have I had a complaint. I will continue to stay there every year. My television was not working and they responded quickly to get me one that was working. I also left a mirror and they mailed it to me. It isn't a "fancy" hotel but the friendliness and cleanliness all but makes up for any 5 star hotel. In my opinion it is 5 star!」

「This place really needs to do some serious maintenance and repairs. The first thing I noticed was the missing smoke detector. I found it and the batteries on a shelf above the clothes rack. The lady in the office told me she had to take it down because it was beeping due to low batteries. Two AA batteries should not be too hard to find. This would seem to be a serious safety issue. All of the bathroom fixtures were corroded and covered with hard water deposits. The on/off valve in...
