This property was perfect for our family, we were in room 6. The location is good, just a short walk outside the walled city. This is an example of a property owner and staff that really care about the property and guests. Yes there are some areas that are worn but the attention to detail with the cleaning and facility provision was spot on. Out of hours check in was very easy. My family really liked the styling of the room & the Disney theming in the breakfast area. Each guest was provided with a bundle of towels and the children loved the sweets! The breakfast was very good, a reasonable continental selection and the coffee was lovely. The staff at breakfast and the cleaner were very polite. We stayed at 4 properties in Italy during this trip and this was our favourite. Well done!

Our host Martina takes pride in making the rooms beautiful especially for a Disney princess lover. Sabrina prepared an amazing breakfast with cheerful and friendly service. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Very friendly staff working here. We arrived later than we expected but we were welcomed very friendly. We received very good information about the city and the area. Parking outside is very safe. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, large bedroom and bathroom. The theme of the hotel is refreshing and very cute.

Siamo state una notte ( troppo poco) in questo b&b. Facile da raggiungere, appena arrivi rimani davvero colpito dalla struttura molto bella e colorata! Parcheggio privato comodo e disponibile. Siamo state accolte da una ragazza davvero gentile e sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti. Le nostre stanze erano vicine. In particolare una era tutta rosa rendendo molto felice la mia nipotina! Camere semplici e carine bagni grandi e completamente funzionanti! Pulizia ottima e cura in tutto!! Forniscono ben 3 asciugamani a persona e set bagno. Colazione semplice e carina e ben curata nei minimi dettagli. Nel nostro caso rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimo ma di più!! Camera praticamente regalata!! Consiglio questa struttura a due passi da Lucca centro ma anche molto vicina a Pisa e alla Versilia!

The stay was not a good experience. The room did not feel very welcoming, it smelled stuffy, and all the lights were white and cold. On our third day there the toilet got clogged, and when we informed the host she told us that there was nothing she could do until the next day. She didn’t really offer an alternative toilet or other solution until we asked for one. It got fixed, and we got to use the staff toilet in the meantime, but the handling of the situation felt bad to us. The same night our aircondition started leaking water after just a few minutes of it being on, and the third bed got wet as it stood under the AC. When we checked out we asked to store our luggage there for some hours, but we were told that this was impossible. It seemed to us that they did not care much about making it a good stay.

Fabulous place!
The building was beautifully refurbished, rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had nice towels, glass cups, a selection of teas and clean electric teapot. There was even a makeup mirror with a good hair dryer. The parking space was the cherry on the cake. Sabrina, the nice lady at the front desk, was beyond wonderful and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great cappuccinos. It was a fantastic experience! We traveled with our three teenagers, and they loved it. We’ll be back! Thank you!
