“Renovated Aparthotel in the former private palace of the Doge of Venice. Very large rooms, very clean and modern design furniture. Very friendly staff. Good situated (5 min to Accedmia bridge and waterbus; 12 min walk to Marcus place.”

“We stayed for two nights in May at Hotel Palazzo Keller, and it was wonderful. The hotel felt cozy, comfortable, and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The reception staff were friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations—we tried a couple of their suggestions, and both were fantastic (be sure to book ahead). “I did not have to deal with any issues at all. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. And the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the AC doesn’t cool the room well.”

“A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? ”
