“Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice.
The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day. ”

“A bit far from St Marco.
Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional.
All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that?

“This is my 7th time to Venice and this room is my favourite. I love this hotel, all the furniture is like antique, old Venetian style, you can imagine their prosperous trade history here. Very spacious room, balcony with amazing view. A 3-mins walk to the vaporetto stop without passing through a bridge (luggage friendly).
