"The foyer not very user friendly. Self serve check in and out service. Not clear signage. Had Reno’s happening as well. They placed our bags in the wrong room as well. "

"I recently stayed at Shangri-La Sydney for 5 nights, and it was a truly memorable experience. The view was breathtaking, the hotel was conveniently located near Sydney’s iconic landmarks, and the Horizon Club free flow as well as the afternoon tea were both excellent."

"The rooms overlook a highway and are not appropriately sound proofed. This is not ideal for those on business staying here. Additionally the beds are extremely hard (more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in). There were dents and scratches everywhere and the room is insanely tiny. Wouldn’t stay here again "

"Everything about the hotel, room, staff, breakfast and restaurants was great. My only thing is that they do the two-single beds together to make a queen/king. It's not good, it's cheap, and I'd rather be at home."
