「I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. 「Todo estuvo bien , pero en mi opinion creo que deberán quitar el sillón azul de la habitación en la que me hospede y colocar una mesita de trabajo con su respectiva silla, además de agregar un contacto más, para así poder cargar la bateria del celular, y también checar la conectividad del internet con la tv, porque el ultimo día , le batalle un poco, más sin en cambio y fuera de lo antes comentado , todo estuvo muy bien , la ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona y el trato del personal y dueño...
