“Appartement très mignon sous les toits et jolie vue de la terrasse. Attention c'est un dernier étage avec escaliers. Pas de lave linge comme indiqué dans les commentaires. Pas de four pour cuisiner ni de four à micro ondes. L'appartement nous a cependant totalement convenu.”

“Very spacious, with very comfortable beds. Located on a busy street, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. The listing didn't mention that every bedroom had a large french door opening onto a balcony, which was quite nice. Riverfront access made it nice for running/jogging. The parking spot was a little tricky to access, being almost 2 blocks away, but it was much better than trying to find street parking, which would have been impossible. Grocery store nearby……

“This property was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located to a wonderful pizzaria, La Luna, a pasticceria, and only 20 minute walk to the main square. It was perfect for our group. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa was terribly uncomfortable because of the bars. Our only suggestion was to include a towel in the kitchen.”

“This is a lovely property, outside of city center so it’s quiet with grocery shopping near by. The check in was smooth, however I regret not asking how the appliances worked. We discovered later that the washing machine was broken. We called the emergency number and they promptly sent a repair man, but he was unsuccessful. The owner offered to pay if we decided to go to a laundromat or refund us 10%. We felt it was a fair compromise.The apartment was very poorly stocked. Only one garage bag……

“This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and there's a nice grocery store within walking distance. However, it was quite difficult to find the house when we first arrived and communication was difficult - we had to call more than once to finally talk to someone to allow us entrance. Putting the address in GoogleMaps is not helpful, as it takes you to the wrong building. It is also not in a good location if you plan to travel to Florence's central - no Uber/Lyft/taxi was……

“Fantastic neighborhood, great price for a family, well appointed. The hosts were responsive and kind.Had some occasional WiFi issues and you should be aware that the only way to heat food in the apartment is an induction stove, but the pans are not compatible with an induction stove, so you may have to be creative with a pot.Everything else was very good.”
