"Osvaldo is an amazing host! Very quick to respond and gave recommendations on activities to do nearby. Loved the self check-in process and the condo was better than the pictures! The area is great as well, centrally located to all activities in Puerto Rico, nice quiet beach downstairs, and lots of restaurants only 1-2 blocks away. Definitely plan on returning and hope to stay at this condo again."

"Awesome and cute location. It is right accross from the beach. Within walking distance to downtown square. The room was perfect. The staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating. The A/C is cold as ice. They provide beach towels and chairs. They have boogie boards but charge $10 to rent which is understandable. We traveled with our 2 kids so the room was perfect for the 4 of us. The room was very clean. Hot shower. We missed the AM coffee, patries, and fruit since we left early each day to explore and catch ferry's but I've read that its super good."

"This unit has the most amazing view of the ocean. The balcony feels like it’s floating above the ocean! The unit was clean and air-conditioning and fans were appreciated. Not many talk about La Pared Beach, but the waves and the golden sand made it one of our favorites in Puerto Rico. Truly a tropical paradise. Lots of surfing opportunities. There is a river going into the sea that the kids loved floating and playing in. Beautiful rock, formations and not a trashy or busy beach. We also appreciated that she provided a Britta water filter lots of beach towels, and sand toys. There was one day that there was construction noise, but we just tried to make it out of the unit and spend the day out. It was only one day though. The parking security guard was very helpful. It’s a little confusing when you first get there, but once you figure out where the spot is and get your luggage up, smooth sailing after that and they were very helpful. We would stay again here!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a week for our first time in Puerto Rico and it was great! The property is exactly like the listing describes and was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for exploring and we enjoyed walking along the beach in the evenings after coming back from our adventures. I appreciated the detailed check in information as we ended up getting delayed and arrived in the middle of the night and we had no issues getting in. It was nice that there was a designated parking spot too!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Luquillo!! The location is the perfect beach location and close to other beaches and restaurants as well, El Yunque national forest and Las Pailas natural waterslides!! Check in and check out was super easy!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s an older building but overall great for the price. We had a small issue with the AC, but Janet worked very hard to get it fixed for us and she did a fantastic job at making sure we were taken care of!!! She communicated very well and replied very quick. We were overall happy with our stay!! The view of the beach from the condo was my favorite!"

"I really enjoy the beautiful , peaceful view of this apartment. Kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed.Since I was traveling alone the first night it made me a little uneasy that the front metal security door can not be lock and the front door only had one operational lock. The fallowing day I realize the building has good security in place but as a single traveler will of like to be able to lock that security door. I want to thank Ms. Elsie for her quick response to all my text and especially for getting me to the building when I couldn't find my way. Thank you :)"
