"Lovely accommodation, clean, modern, pretty and spacious garden, safe off road parking. 3 very comfy bedrooms, nice living room with dining table. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as utility room with washing machine. The road is a bit noisy with very fast traveling, but we soon got used to this. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. The location of cottage is close to many lovely attractions including Forest of Dean, Clearwell Caves and Puzzle Wood."

The room was clean and comfortable with all the bits you would expect, kettle with tea and coffee, a nice bottle of sparkling water, TV, good quality soap and shower gel etc. Great value for a very reasonable price. Add in that they served a well kept pint of Tribute Ale."

"I struggled to get my booking to like to the Millieā€™s app initially and had to message them. I was given a totally different code to use to the one that I was sent initially; but they did respond quickly in the in app chat so no really drama. Then easy to check in and add a key to Apple wallet. Bed was really comfy, bathroom was clean and a good shower. The TV supposedly lets you cast whatever you want to stream from your phone to it, but I could only get YouTube to work so that was irritating. And there isnā€™t a kettle in the room, so you have to get up and dressed in the morning to go down the corridor to a communal hot tap. Iā€™d rather have a kettle. Dyson hair dryer a nice touch. There were also some GHD straighteners, but after pressing the timer switch, I couldnā€™t get them to switch on, they just beeped at me for 10 minutes. The food in the Diner was really tasty, and not too long to wait. Buffalo wings are huge and tasty, burger was delicious. Sadly the staff in the restaurant were not very attentive. I was given a warm beer, it was swapped with no question, but took a while to flag someone down. And then took a long time to get the bill at the end for both dinner and breakfast. Lots of walking around without looking at the customers. Overall, a nice stay. I would stay again, but I think a few things that could be improved. Good value overall."
