「located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants it is an very old inn, very tradition english wooden building, downstair is the bar and restaurant, a bit oily smell, beware of no air-con」

「Clean, great location and as advertised. Comfy beds, nice furniture and good shower. One free car parking space at a car park 5 min walk away, the car park is otherwise very expensive. There was a fan thank goodness」

「Nice old building but in need of repairs and updates, room wasn’t particularly clean, old windows with condensation and not be cleaned for a while ! Good breakfast, location not bad but a killer of a hill to get back up at night, was ok as a base but if looking for a special occasion I’d look elsewhere」

「Lovely comfortable flat with lovely seaside decor. Amazing view of the sea. Close to everything you need. Parking is tight but they do warn you of this, so it wasn’t a surprise. There is some noise from the road as there are traffic lights outside the bedroom window and it’s near the theatre so some noise from there. But it did not affect our long weekend break and we had a wonderful time and would go back.」

「We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem」

「Very clean comfortable stay. There was a keysafe at the property but you had to go to a different place to pick up and drop off the key which seemed odd. Parking was round the corner and down the hill.」

「Excellent location. Fully equipped, quirky property. Just a bit tired in parts, maybe requires a bit of a refresh .」

「The property was as in pictures apart from the entrance, which was around the back of the property on an uneven surface and up a steep metal wet staircase. Would suggest slated blinds as the sun makes the property very hot especially at the velux window above the sink. Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely sea side town. 」

「This beautifully quaint cottage is perfectly situated in the centre of Lyme Regis, on a historic Saxon lane. The hustle and bustle of the town cannot be heard from the cottage or the charming garden, with a rooftop and green hilly view. I would definitely recommend and come back if in the area again. It was clean, very well equipped and full of old architectural features, my sister, brother and my dog loved it. Thank you for letting us stay and feel so comfortable.」

「The cottage was very clean and really warm. Great space good size 」
