「We stayed in chalet #2 Bramble. There was a bit of a wait at reception at check in. We were told we were in lodge #2. We were given three keys which was helpful. When we got to the lodge the number was not as clear as the name so it would have been helpful to have been told the name at checkin. 「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
