「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「More staff needed in the atrium restaurant in the evenings. Poor girl was run off her feet going bar, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and trying to obtain drinks from a bar that wasn’t stocked.. Rach. Your a credit to the team 」

「Lovely English country house with a beautiful garden located right on Dartmoor so it’s a great starting point for exploring the area (I explored by foot only). The highlight of the hotel is its elegant and luxurious spa. Fabulous breakfast served. Lovely dinner options at The Blue Tiger. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. I would happily return! 」
