“Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. ”

“Me and Daughter stayed for 1 night on Tuesday 6th Jan, this was our last hotel to stay at in Torquay as we have stayed at all of them that had either a spa or pool, and wow Hotel, Room, and Staff was absolutely fantastic and the cleanliness of the whole place was one of the best I have ever seen, well done to your cleaners, we really do hope they are top money because they so deserve it. The SPA???? well to be honest it will depend on what you call a spa? The pool was small and cold, I was told……

“We received such a lovely warm welcome from Vanessa and Cameron on arrival at the Millbrook, which immediately made us feel at home. Hotel was absolutely spotless, and breakfast was piping hot and delicious, in fact it was the best breakfast we have had. Vanessa and Cameron worked so hard to make everyone’s stay perfect. They took the time to get to know each guest individually. We loved the well-stocked tea tray in our room and the mini fridge, which was restocked daily with fresh milk and……

“Wow what a setting. I know it’s only been open for 6 weeks but it is an amazing hotel. Sea view room and the whole room was amazing, huge bed which was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again. Nigel White”

“I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year.”
