“We only stayed for one night. But as soon as we arrived, owner has greated us. They were very friendly and have given all the information about the property. Look breakfast order and it was delicious. Room was on the ground floor. Very clean and lots of space for me and my daughter.”

The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. “We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place.”

“When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.”

“This amazing hotel well surpassed our expectations. Beautifully modernised and equipped with quality fittings everywhere. Our stay coincided with some sunny hot weather so the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and bar facilities were in full use but still plenty of sun loungers and great service. New indoor pool and spa were simply fabulous, very clean, quiet and well maintained. Breakfasts were that perfect combination of extensive help yourself cold buffet and freshly cooked to order hot food from a super……

“We could not stay at This property . It was poor condition and the room we booked was not provided. It was hot , no ac and not even a fan was provided . The bed was shocking , The outdoor pool was closed and overgrown and mouldy . My wife has poor knees and could not have used the shower over bath. This hotel is a 2-3 star . We had staff revving motorcycles under our window and talked loudly.”
