「The location was great - next to a great brewery and bakery and close to Texas Tech. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit soft, but otherwise great.」

Though small in size, the smart layout was quite comfortable. The private courtyard was perfect for us and our small dog. 」

「This property was clean and, easy to access. The communication was easy and accurate with the owner. It is not in the most desirable part of town! We would have really loved it to have a fan in the bedrooms, as we had a hard time getting the rooms cool on the evening of arrival.There is not an ice maker, so please prepare for that....We did use the pool one afternoon and it was filthy. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the actual unit was very clean.」
