"This place is very convenient since it's right downtown. It is a historical building so it has the old vibe but is cool. The bathroom tiles should be cleaned better."

"This is a very nice hotel. We have been on the road for a month. We have stayed in a variety of places. The grand room in the lobby was awesome. The rooms have balconies and as a result open windows and a door. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good and was served hot. Some places do not. I am glad we found this place. One of the best we have stayed at in this price range."

"Residence Inn in Prescott is outstanding. The price is reasonable, the staff very friendly, free breakfast had many options, and even includes everything from convenient parking to a pool, outdoor fire place and grilling area. I highly recommend it."

"We had a most lovely time staying at this property. Ease to get ahold of owner when had a mishap and the host immediately fixed the issue and answered questions we needed answered. The property was clean and had everything one might need. They take good care of their clients and we were appreciative. If we travel this way again, it will be at the top of our list. "
