Je devais venir avec un ou une collègue, heureusement que je me suis retrouvée seule !! - impossibilité de régler le chauffage or le 1er soir il faisait froid. J'ai pu mettre le chauffage d'appoint près de moi pour travailler mais ce n'était pas une solution suffisante et la température a mis du temps à remonter."

MEZZO "Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa, très serviable. Il était un peu en retard et a oublié de préparer le deuxième lit, mais il s'est empressé de revenir et le lit était fait à notre retour le soir. Par contre attention à l'état des lieux : bouilloire brûlée, tâches sur le sèche serviettes à la salle de bain et fer à repasser brûlé. Nous n'avons pas vérifié tout cela en arrivant avec le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli. L'agence nous réclame remboursement maintenant, alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé ni la bouilloire ni le fer à repasser et n'avons pas pensé à signalé les tâches (il y avait une serviette de bain sur le sèche-serviettes et nous ne les avons pas remarquées avant le soir et n'avons pas pensé à le signaler). Avis aux voyageurs !"
