Parking- one parking space in the driveway, if you have a particularly large vehicle you may have to park on the road.
The perfect place to visit all the local attractions such as Blackpool Tower, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Stanley Park, Blackpool Zoo, The Gruffalo Experience, Blackpool, St.Anne's and Cleveleys Beach, Lytham Hall, Winter Gardens and much more. Also consider a stay with us if you're visiting the area if you're attending the following events: Blackpool Pride, Lytham Festival, Rebellion Weekend, Pigeon Weekend, Blackpool Air Show, Blackpool Illuminations and The International Firework Championships. Guest access At our holiday home, guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the beautiful garden area. You'll have the space all to yourselves, as there are no shared areas here.
Please note that while you'll have the privacy of your own space, there are neighbours on either side, as this is a residential area. We kindly ask that guests be considerate and respectful of the neighbours, keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10pm to ensure everyone's comfort.
Please also note the driveway will only fit one car. There is free on street parking but it can get busy at times

1. **Railway Line**: Our holiday home is situated adjacent to a railway line that is still in use. While the house is fully insulated and double glazed to minimize noise, please be aware that there may be occasional minimal noise from passing trains, particularly at the rear of the property.
2. **Town Centre Location**: We are located in the heart of the town center, offering convenient access to local amenities and attractions. While there is ample street parking available with no restrictions, there may be occasions when parking directly outside the home is unavailable due to high demand. However, rest assured that you can still utilise the driveway for parking.
