"Valet was great and everything else "

"The bathroom flooded at an inconvenient time. I informed the front desk. The toilet runs constantly and didn’t flush. I was transferred to this room due to the previous room being right across the elevator which is loud. The buffet breakfast isn’t buffet, it’s eggs and sausage links/patties all week no other options outside of toast, bagels, and coffee…I definitely was disappointed with this Hyatt."

"Very disappointing, If you are handicap especially. We booked 2 nights there. We arrived and the elevators are broken. Well I can't walk up and down stairs. We managed the first night but then we wanted to cancel the next night, and because of there 3rd party booking you can't. So I was out the money for the second night and yes we did leave for another Hotel that could take care of us. I tried talking to Hotels. Com and they tried but the Hotel said no . So remember this if you are handicap or know someone who is. Very disappointing but learning lessons and check with your 3rd party when planning. "

"Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Room appeared to be nice and adequate. We quickly realized there was a leak in the plumbing around the bathtub which caused the room to flood. The carpet was soaked into the bedroom. We had to relocate to another room."

"I had called and arranged for the two rooms to be beside each other. That was never noted and we ended up with one room on 1st and one on 3rd. "
