“My husband and I stayed for almost a month and just returned yesterday. Nicola was most gracious and helpful and the little apt had everything we needed. Just a minor point to make---Other than the kitchen table and a single chair by a lamp, there is no sitting area but the 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. “The room is very big and has a nice garden. I had a nice time to relax. There's a big shopping mall nearby and it takes 5 minutes to get to the metro station on foot, so it's very useful to go to the Rome Central.”

“Leider war die Übergabe des Schlüssels sehr kompliziert. Es war niemand vor Ort und wir wussten nicht wie wir in die Wohnung kommen sollten. Nach mehrmaligen Mail und Telefonkontakt wurde uns endlich mitgeteilt wo der Schlüssel ist, den Code vom Aufbewahrungsort und dann in der Wohnung den Schlüssel für das Terrassengitter (wieder Telefonieren mit der Eigentümerin) zu finden. Frühstücksbüffet war ein Regal mit abgepackten Marmeladen Toast etc, es waren 3 portionsbutter im Kühlschrank und 4 Blatt……

“Property was as described; very clean and neat. Communication with Annamaria was easy. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our requests was great. Without traffic, day trip to Rome is about 20min, so plan transportation accordingly. Wi-Fi connection upstairs was great, but downstairs was spotty at times. Mattresses could be improved, but overall I would definitely recommend this property.”

“We spent a few days here and went into Rome two days. The location is very close to a bus stop that takes you to the Metro and on in to Rome. Very easy and no worry to drive or park. The house had a lot of room and was cool. The host was very nice and accommodating.”
