「I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!」

「This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. 「We booked this room 6 months ago for the George Strait concert. When we arrived the staff said they did not have our reservations on file. We called Expedia and they relocated us to another hotel and paid the $800 difference. Expedia did an awesome job but the hotel should of not double booked our room.
