“This is our third visit but will be the last. So many things needed to be addressed. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim that it was difficult to put on makeup. The bathroom window had no blind or curtain to block the light. We received 2 towels (for 2 people). The dispensers for body wash could not be reached from the tub. There was a desk chair but no other seating in the room. It was clean so there was that plus.”

“Loved the location and staff and views My issue was getting a room that has stairs that interfere with axcessing the elevator So we had to change rooms I choose a hotel with a pool because I swim But this pool was not the correct size for the size of the hotel and was overflowing with people using it I will try the Holiday inn next store the next time I go”

“Beautiful property, excellent food and drink, and helpful and friendly staff. Our only experience that wasn’t perfect was a carriage shuttle driver who was not very friendly. It did not take away from our experience. We would go back again and again”

“Property was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Sofa bed appeared to have a piece hanging off of it, so it wasn’t used. Bed was firm but sufficient. Location was beautiful.”

“The property was in poor maintenance condition inside and out. Out room doorwall was very difficult to open and the screens were bent and off the tracks. Hallway carpeting was frayed and lifted at the edges in some spot. On our building entrance door the card key reader was handing off and down and it was unusable. We told the desk clerk of these problems when checking out and his feeble response was, “oh, we’ll check into it.” Do yourself a favor and pick another property unless you are really……
