“The place was very old all the amenities and furniture where extremely old The staff was friendly, but no TV in the lobby was available Coffee was cold and tasted like water. Perhaps they recycled their coffee. When we ask for shampoo, there was only one and it was not enough for two people, and they declined to give us another shampoo They were bugs inside the room They do not change the towels or bedsheets, although they give us replacement The price was high for the provided room, amenities……

“Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card……

“The property is dated and well worn. Our first room smelled of mold and mildew. There was an air purifier that didn’t help with the moisture. After contacting the front desk, another room was found for us. It too was musky and worn. I would definitely choose to stay elsewhere next visit.”

“Room interior was nicely renovated but bathroom needs updating. Pool and hot tub area not connected so have to walk outside to get there. Pool building needs some work and the pool/hot tub needed to be cleaned. Fire pits and smores on the beach were a wonderful surprise. The staff was great and very friendly.”
