"I found this place online because I wanted a suite that had a separate bedroom from the livingroom area. It did not disappoint and the unit was clean and well appointed. Just be aware it is wonderful but it in not a full service hotel. These are owner condos that the management company rents out. That's not a bad thing but just know there is no resturant or room service to call on. It is a great building and a direct walk to the enormous silk sand beach with great shelling. On the path to it there is a beach bar that is part of another facility and can serve meals and drinks. Less than a 5 minute walk is some great resturants like Marco Steak & Seafood which we loved and several popular resturants as well. As the units are individually owned you may find the interiors different as the memory foam mattress was a bit soft for me but some may prefer it. I was warned prior that there was no pool access and I did not mind that but I failed to consider the construction noise and loud music during the rebuild so you might want to ask about a completion date if booking the full gulf view units. I highly recommend it but just know it is different from a full hotel experience."

"Excellent location near beaches and local shopping with easy access to the Everglades for nature walks. We went on an easy trail walk about 20 minutes from the house and saw literally hundreds of birds. This is an absolutely perfect spot to see a ton of different animals and the kids loved it: burrowing owls, gopher tortoises, dolphins, manatees with the provided kayaks, and fish from the doc. The house itself was fantastic. There were 8 of us and we easily cooked dinner for the whole group and ate together at the massive kitchen island each night. The space was clean, light, and well suited for large groups. A member of our group said it was the first vacation rental that she would 100% return to, which is high praise given the amount she travels. All around a great trip that we look forward to repeating. "

"Great experience overall! The host was great! She was very responsive to any questions that we had. The house was very clean and neat when we arrived and is very well maintained. The pool and hot tub are on the south side of the house and have full sun! they were also both heated without even having to ask or pay extra for! We had fun fishing off of the dock. Everything described in the listing was accurate."
