“This was a perfect property for our week-long family vacation. The space was obviously recently updated, so was fresh, clean and quite comfortable. It was just the right size for my wife, teenager (14) and me, with the teenager on the pull-out sofa in the living room. (You could swap one teenager for 2 smaller children, I'd guess.) The kitchen is a bit limited (toaster oven vs traditional oven) but we had not problem with making our own meals (and thanks for the Keurig coffees!) The view is……

“The place was clean, communication with the owner was great and it was in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the owner provided so many things for us that we didn’t have to worry about: trash bags, soap, paper towels, aloe, dishwasher pacs, beach towels, beach chairs, sheets, towels, and etc. We would definitely recommend this place to others!”

“I don't usually write reviews, but we stayed at this condo last week and I cannot say enough good things about it! I will highlight a few things that made the stay so great! Check in/Parking: This process was super easy! The parking is super convenient and there are even carts to help with bringing your suitcases up to the condo. Having an electronic code made it simple and we loved not having to worry about a key! The Condo: The condo itself is beautiful. It's even bigger than the pictures……

“We are a family of 5 with three kids ages 15/12/9. The check in and out process was easy and Rob is quick to respond to any questions that you may have. The house is comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of towels and beach supplies. Great location for walking to beach, ice cream, restaurants, golf, movies, and a seven eleven that has most everything you need right around the corner. Hardly used our vehicle. We will definitely be back!!!”

“Cute, Clean, Condo with all the amenities needed; from comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, cooler, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Great Location- could walk to The Shops of Olde Marco, The Boardroom Tavern, and the Snook Inn. Easy Check-In/Check-Out with great communication. Would definitely stay here on future visits!”

“We had a great vacation! The house was perfect for our family of four. We stayed mid-March and were able to use the pool everyday, because it gets the afternoon sun. We saw dolphins and plenty of waterfowl right off the dock. About a 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. We would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Pros: location, location, location. On main strip, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very nice pool. Unit was clean and amenities as described. Bed was comfortable. Cons: lack of freezer, facility is older than antcipated...a bit warn, toilet flush was stuck and required attention, bathroom sink emptied slowly, sofa definitely needs replacing. No laundry on premise. No lighting at outdoor elevator to beach and parking garage (maintenance was advised) which could have led to a dangerous……

“Overall stay was excellent. The staff was extremely good at their jobs and always welcoming and friendly. Room does sleep four, but would not recommend more than two people. Just a little too small for more than.”

“Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.”

“We’ve stayed at Eagles Nest 3 years and really like it. The only issues are the elevators (1 of 2 was out of service periodically) and the pool was closed for 24 hours because of pump issue.”
