「House was clean and organized. Loved that the bathroom was stocked with anything needed. Neighbors were friendly and shopping within 5 mins was a huge plus. Lots of restaurants to choose from and grocery stores extremely close as well. Overall a grear stay. Thanks for having us.」

「This is a wonderfully unique home with delightful surprises at every turn. The attention to detail is amazing and thoughtful consideration is evident everywhere. Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. 」

「The house was set up perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, and everyone was happy with their rooms. We enjoyed watching football on the giant display in the living room. The host was responsive and on top of everything. We’re coming back again for work and will definitely book again.」

「This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed in this home. I love that it is spotless. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to all that Arthur has to offer. This year there were noticeable improvements that made it even better; new deck, fence, and landscaping. I highly recommend this home! 」

I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. 「When we arrived it was out of the way and near the golf course… seeing the ports potties in the yard next door was off putting but there was no smell so it was easy to look past them. 「Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay....
