“Great small home base for two in Steamboat. The views really were excellent on the corner unit and we enjoyed reading with the shades open. There is a shared balcony so be ready to smile and wave as people walk by and wish they were staying here. Bonus was really tall shower heads. I'm 6'7" and didnt have to duck! The kitchen was complete with everything to make small meals for two. Lots of outlets and charging stations. Thanks for welcoming us well to Steamboat Springs!”

“Great views! Well equipped kitchen. Convenient washer and dryer. Matched the online description. Nice community hot tub. Would have liked the shuttle to run later in the day. Owner was very helpful answering questions both before and during our stay!”

“Spacious well set up condo. Everything you need to make your vacation feel like home. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. A short walk to the whitehorse gondola that takes you directly to the steam boat village and gondola. Free shuttle was variable to take you anywhere in the steamboat area. Could not be more pleased.”

“Came here with my wife and 2 year old to snowboard at Steamboat. Location was perfect. Two blocks from the main Street as well as the free shuttle to the mountain. Place was clean and quaint. Worked perfect for us. Had little issue with the toilet and owner had it addressed quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place for folks to stay.”

“Lovely stay. Great heated pool for kids and 2 hot tubs for adults. Purple bus is great for back and forth from slopes. Always on time for pick up at unit and on the mountain. Unlike other condo shuttles where waiting can take a while and hard to determine which shuttle is yours. Living room area is small as others have stated but just fine for breakfast. Memory foam not my favorite type of bed but that is just a personal preference for plush mattresses. You can hear a lot of boot traffic but……

“We stayed here for spring break. The location is very close to the lifts -- you can walk there. There are also some restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spacious. My family of 5 slept comfortably. We parked in the attached garage and stored our ski gear there. You can also park in the outside covered spaces. The appliances are a bit old and the toaster didn't work on one side. But all in all it was a great place.”

“This condo is on the local bus line and is a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor. The kitchen-dining-living area is open and spacious. The kitchen is very well outfitted and we cooked in all but one night on our week’s stay. We also enjoyed the hot tub which is a little bit of a walk to. I would prefer a unit that we could let ourselves in and when leaving leave the keys instead of having to drive to another location to check in and get keys as well as return keys. “Unit was clean and well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Coffee maker was not functioning because pot top was incompatible with coffeemaker preventing flow of coffee from maker into pot. Can opener old and difficult to use. Door not flush with doorjam can see thu and cold air flows through. Door lock combo difficult to use upon arrival. Would like to have been told unit below grade ing flight of stairs down. Bus stop too far for walking in ski boots but can drive to free parking lot with……

“We only stayed one night during "not peak season" so was a very reasonable rate for Steamboat Springs! The 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was newly remodeled and very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The pictures look "bare-bones" but the living room had a colorful area rug and pillow added which helped a lot. It was quiet. Hopefully the exterior will be improved to match the nicely-done interior remodels! Would definitely stay here again.”
