「Everything was perfect and well maintained, we’ve got mind blowed with the new design of the palace and the spa. But just for the warm water, it takes several minutes for us to had it.」

「The room was clean. The room was spacious. Ther was a swimming pool right outside the room. The location was amazing and the hotel had a magnificent sun bathing deck right on the water line with a fantastic view ang great sunset. No other hotel in the bay had this. The food was somwhat mediocre .」

「We enjoyed the room, it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was large and nice to swim in. The included breakfast had hot items and many other items. The only complaint is the receptionist did not give me the balcony room I prepaid. Said the hotel was full but I sure didn’t see that many people there…so the hotel itself was great but I didn’t feel like I was treated fairly. 」
