“One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. The restaurants in the reserve part of the hotel were excellent and probably some of the best food on the island. You……

“The room was beyond what pictures could describe, incredible would be putting it lightly. The staff was also so pleasant to speak with and very helpful as well. The included breakfast was a huge help in being in a country that neither my wife or I had visited which was a nice way to ensure we started the days off right. ”
