“Sehr ruhig gelegen und gepflegte Anlage. Sauberes Ferienhäuschen. Sehr viel Privatsphäre. Jeden Morgen werden frische Brötchen an die Türe geliefert. Alles was fürs Frühstück gebraucht wird, hat man im Zimmer oder im Kühlschrank. Bei Bedarf wird es aufgefüllt oder auf Wunsch ergänzt. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Touren. Der wunderschöne Ponta do Pargo Leuchtturm ist nur 8 Minuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert. ”

“A very peaceful location with great proximity to the airport and near a pleasant village. It is a tidy and compact cottage that was perfect for our family and Patricia was very helpful. It was pleasant to sit outside the cottage and enjoy the lush greenery. It's best not to let kids wander up the driveway toward the main house as there are large guard dogs that can surprise you.”

“While no rental is perfect, this rental ticks all the boxes. Check in was seamless and communication with the management company was always easy. The apartment comes with a very well outfitted kitchen and is spacious with a great terrace. The location in Garajau has multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance and is right by the highway for easy access to the rest of the island. We had a very pleasant 2 week stay and would gladly come back.”

“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, bien décoré et agencé, très propre, avec une splendide vue sur la mer aussi bien depuis le séjour que sur le toit terrasse. Merci à notre hôte Luis qui a su répondre très rapidement à notre demande en ajoutant des rideaux opaques pour que notre fille puisse passer de bonnes nuits. “The location was perfect - the middle of Zona Velha! We walked all over downtown, and it was super close to the cable car and great restaurants! We loved the patio/deck - nothing fancy but we’d have our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails out there in the open air. The apartment was super nice and the washing machine was very useful. No issues whatsoever. The noise on Sat night was not that bad - bring ear plugs! Would definitely recommend this - GREAT value for $!!”

“Condo was very well appointed and spacious enough for 3 couples. The view from the outdoor patio was amazing. A local representative (Carolina) met us at the house at 9pm at time to welcome us and explain everything in the unit. Incredible service! They also provided a video showing how to get to the house which was needed as it is a narrow and very steep laneway that leads to the house, one we might not have found at 9pm in the dark.
