“Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅”

“Much more than a room in a hotel. More like a small luxury apartment. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Happy polite and helpful staff who go above and beyond for customers. Beautiful location with stunning views. Ease of access to toboggans, cable cars, and Monte palace gardens. Reliable and prompt bus service direct from hotel to Funchal and back. I had the best stay and was extremely sad to leave 😞”

-aucune présence effective d'un responsable pour créer le contact, donner des informations de base, conseiller sur le plan touristique ;
-absence totale de communication efficace ;
-chambres propres et assez confortables mais……
