“One Negative- The 3rd bed downstairs seems like it was not made. We got into the bed and it was not made properly. The blanket covered the mess under neath. All other things are positive. Clean and quiet. Host was attentive.”

“We got to the house and found someone else already in it. The person there said she had rented the place too. I don’t know what happened but the experience has tainted me from the whole idea of renting houses, especially through hotels.com. We got a refund, but ended up stranded late at night. We ended up wandering around and finding a hotel on our own after the help provided wasn’t very helpful.”
