“We Stayed at the Spring Hill Suites for a few days to visit some friends who had recently moved to Jackson TN. The hotel staff was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The room as well as the whole hotel were clean. Bed matress was firm, not plush. Overall this was a warm and welcoming hotel that offered a very comfortable stay for a few nights. Well done!”

“This hotel fit the bill for us. It was very easy to walk over to visit the Casey Jones Museum while we were in Jackson.”

“My room was near the highway so it was a bit noisy, otherwise I had a great stay and the staff was very friendly.”

“Small rural town but several good places to eat, staff recommended some. Chose this town on visit to see the famous mounds because of low crime rates compared to many other towns in the region, perhaps it is because Henderson town has a religious college. Room was quite clean, though maybe some chipped paint, a little carpet fraying, worn edges on some furniture. Heat pump worked perfect, with digital controls. Pictures of lobby and rooms are accurate. Pool was drained as it was not yet open……

“The property was a good value for our short stay. Overall the area felt safe, there was some road noise at night but nothing too crazy. The grounds were clean and well kept. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was reasonably good. The beds were very comfortable.”

“Nice 1 night stay. The service was great, the employees were amazingly nice and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the beds are very, very firm. And that doesn’t really make for a comfortable night sleep you don’t FIRM. ”
