If you need anything, you either have to bring it or they will charge you for the smallest things. they wouldn't even give regular water without having to pay for a bottle or going to the bar by the pool. the staff are pretty nice. this resort is also very expensive for little things. all the money you pay for the things on the resort, you might as well pay for an all inclusive and be more relaxed there. my room……

I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
