“Our stay at Island View was amazing. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to visit St. Thomas. The view is incredible and the experience is private, unique, and intimate. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful - they assisted us with everything from providing extra towels to scheduling taxis for excursions at the drop of a dime. “We very much enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach Resort! The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful and the food and beverages were good. That said, service was much slower than we're used to - so check your expectations of instant gratification at the door when visiting a place on "island time." Food took up to 1.5 hours to arrive after ordering (having more waitstaff on hand likely would have helped). Have a "Pain Killer"- THE island drink - while you wait. Food more reasonably priced here……
