“Breakfast need more things and room need more clean”

“Can’t really complain. You can’t expect too much from a 2 star property. Staff was nice. Free parking. Only thing I’ll mention is that the shower head was leaking. It was spraying water towards the ceiling every time we turned it on. We had to hang a wash cloth on top of the leak to prevent the water from spraying us in the face as well. Other than that, the water was hot, shower pressure was fine.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The days we stayed they were either understaffed or just didn’t have enough help. We went down for breakfast on the late side and it was awful. ”

“Roaches. My shower light produced more water (from the upstairs neighbors shower drain). There were literal hairs flowing out of the light fixture along with all of the upstairs units waste water. I was awoken by the staff screaming at someone outside of my door at 0600 after other neighbors were outside yelling and partying until 0300. Couldn't use the bathroom at all. Couldn't sleep. Staff was notified of the leak as soon as it presented and nothing was done or even offered to be done. So i……

“Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car”

“This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!! ”

“Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and jacuzzi was nice. Came for a concert and got sick and ended up staying in the room and ordering food.”

“Completely under construction, no breakfast being served and ice machine broken. So many things broken in the room and blinds missing slats so was like daylight all night long with parking lot lights”

“There was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk. We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room. ”

“The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was like the pictures they put online were not the rooms at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink still had hair in it. There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again.”
